- ABOUT ME
Bringing 30+ Years of Leadership, Discipline, and Precision to Every Job
Quality Isn’t a Promise — It’s My Personal Standard
Hi, I’m Jeff Guarino. I’m a U.S. Army veteran, longtime IT leader, husband, and proud dad of two amazing daughters. I served in the 82nd Airborne during the Gulf War, where I learned discipline, precision, and the importance of doing every job with integrity. After my military service, I spent more than 30 years in the IT industry, including serving as the CIO of a regional accounting firm, where attention to detail and high standards were part of my daily work.
Today, I’ve taken that same level of professionalism and focus into Tier3 Elite Services. Whether I’m cleaning windows or restoring mailboxes, my goal is simple — deliver high-quality, dependable service with honesty, respect, and craftsmanship. I treat every home with the same care I give my own, and I take pride in doing the job right the first time, every time.

Got Questions? I’ve Got Answers
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. I am fully licensed and insured, so your property is always protected and every job is completed with professionalism and accountability.
How long do the results last for window cleaning and mailbox restoration?
Both services provide long-lasting results, but several factors affect longevity. Window cleaning typically stays clear for several months, depending on weather, pollen, or sprinkler overspray. Mailbox restoration lasts even longer — often years — because the paint, protective coatings, and vinyl lettering are designed to withstand sun, rain, and heat. I always use high-quality materials so your home looks great for as long as possible.
Do you need to come onto my property, and do I need to be home?
You do not need to be home for exterior window cleaning or mailbox restoration as long as I have safe access to the areas I’m servicing. I treat every property with care and respect, and I will always notify you before arriving. For interior window cleaning, someone will need to be home so I can safely enter the home.
Will the cleaning or restoration damage my surfaces?
No — everything I do is designed to protect your home. Windows are cleaned using a gentle process using traditional window cleaning tools or low-pressure purified water system that won’t scratch or harm the glass. Mailbox restoration is done by hand using safe cleaning methods, high-quality paint, and UV-resistant coatings that restore the mailbox without damaging the metal, post, or surrounding landscaping.
What if my mailbox or windows are very old or heavily damaged?
Age or damage doesn’t disqualify them from service. Older windows can still be cleaned safely, and I’ll let you know if any sections need special attention. Mailboxes with peeling paint, rust, or sun damage can typically be restored to look like new again. If something isn’t repairable or won’t look right after restoration, I’ll explain your options before doing any work.
How do I get a quote, and what information do you need?
Getting a quote is quick and simple. You can call, text, or request a quote directly on the website — no obligation, no pressure. For window cleaning, I typically need to know the number of windows and whether you want interior, exterior, or both. For mailbox restoration, just a photo of your mailbox and house number is usually enough to provide an accurate estimate.
